Long Island forecast: Chance of rain, but a mostly clear and cool week

After a fast-moving storm Saturday led to reports of downed trees and a possible tornado, the weather this week will be a marked improvement with rain likely Sunday night before dry conditions through at least Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service.
